Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a facilitator for Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Ensure that teams follow Agile principles and practices effectively.
Coordinate and prioritize initiative deliverables with stakeholders and product owners to ensure successful outcomes.
Drive project progression and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
Advocate for Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team and broader organization.
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members on Agile methodologies and practices.
Responsible in forming, shaping, and developing high-performing teams by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and mutual respect.
Encourage self-organization and empower team members to take ownership of their work.
Mentor team members in Agile principles, practices, and values.
Identify and address obstacles that impede the team's progress, helping them to achieve their goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product and Engineering Team and QA Team, to ensure alignment on project objectives and expectations.
Facilitate open communication and transparency between Product and Engineering Team.
Lead initiatives for process improvements and enhancements within the Scrum team and across the organization.
Promote a culture of feedback, learning, and adaptation.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or equivalent Agile certification with 3 to 5 Year Experience.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or project management environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with diverse teams and handle conflicting priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in coaching teams on Agile practices and mindset.
Knowledge of additional Agile frameworks is a plus (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Azure Devops, Jira, Confluence).
