Nodejs Backend Developer - Opening

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with extensive
experience in Express.js and GraphQL to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in backend development and a deep understanding of modern
web technologies. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a key role in designing,
developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems to support our growing platform.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Express.js framework.
• Implement GraphQL APIs for efficient data querying and manipulation.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate frontend components with backend services.
• Work closely with DevOps engineers to deploy and monitor backend systems in production environments.
• Optimize backend performance and scalability to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest backend technologies and industry trends.
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js framework.
• Extensive experience with GraphQL including schema design, query optimization, and resolver implementation.
• Solid understanding of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g.Mysql, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus

Developer Need to work from office and hybrid model will be allowed only after complete probation period.
